Yuri Yurik met with the Chairman of the trade Union of workers of state institutions of Ukraine
Deputy Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Yuriy Yura met with the Chairman of the Central Committee of trade Union of workers of state institutions of Ukraine Yuriy Procom. The meeting was also attended by the Director of the Department of social protection of population of Ternopil regional state administration Vadim Boyarsky, Chairman of the Ternopil regional Council of trade unions Andrey jury and the Chairman of the regional Committee of the Union Stepan Stefanishin. During the meeting they talked about joint cooperation and interaction between regional state administration, regional Council of trade unions and the regional Committee of the trade Union. As noted by Yuri Yurik, regional Council of trade unions participates in the administration and in particular the recently signed quadripartite agreement on cooperation between the regional administration, regional Council, trade unions and employers. "We have established quite good cooperation with the regional Council of trade unions. At the same time, the work comes in the form of a lively discussion, which raised many sensitive issues, in particular, and social. In Ternopil region there is a shortage of manpower, but if we talk about the regional administration, district administration, here difficulties a little less. After all, every year the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna announces a contest for vacant positions of civil servants for young people who have just finished schools. Overall very grateful that the Council of trade unions in dealing with the administration have an ongoing dialogue. We know where we are going and this is very important because we have common tasks," – said Yuri Yurik. At the same time, for his part, Yuri Piuk noted that the trade Union is a public organization on a professional basis, and therefore cooperation with the authorities is very important and it will serve as an indicator of openness of the public authority to the public.
