Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region continue to take measures concerning the return of communal property illegally transferred in rent of premises of educational institutions. With the aim of protecting national and public interests, the prosecution of Rivne region from the beginning of 2017, said in court 7 claims with the requirement to stop illegal use of 7 classrooms, 2 satisfied, 4 commercial cases were closed in connection with voluntary execution of requirements of the Prosecutor, 1 the lawsuit is pending before a court. In particular, the audit found that part of the premises of preschool educational institution "Romashka" with an area of 32 sq m that Zdolbunovska district, rented a private entrepreneur and used for the purposes not connected with educational process, that is not on purpose that is a violation of the requirements of article 63 of the Law of Ukraine "On education". In this regard, zdolbunovskaya local prosecutors filed a lawsuit to the economic court of Rivne region for annulment of the lease and the obligation to return the premises of the kindergarten in the municipal property. Such a reaction of the Prosecutor's office prompted the business owner and Vesnyansky rural Council (part of lease agreement) during the trial voluntarily terminate this contract, and therefore the court made a decision about the termination of economic production. Also similar to the economic court of Rivne region in connection with voluntary execution terminated the proceedings in the case against Dubno local Prosecutor's office to the joint-stock company on the removal of obstacles to use property Rudnya-Pochaiv of the educational complex "school I-III stages - pre-school". The premises, which area is 15 sq m, released and returned to the use of students. Reference: in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation objects of education and science, which are financed from the budget and also divisions technologically connected with educational and scientific process, are not subject to privatization, redevelopment or use for other purposes.
