In connection with the events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great terror – mass political repressions of 1937 – 1938" and with the purpose of honoring the memory of victims of political repression in Chernivtsi on may 21, by order of Chernivtsi mayor's recommended to lower the State Flags of Ukraine with a black ribbon on administrative buildings of local self-government bodies and Executive authorities, municipal enterprises and institutions, state enterprises, institutions and organizations located on the territory of the city. Recommended to limit carrying out entertaining and concert events, the sound of music entertainment in markets, institutions trade and restaurant economy. Local television and radio are asked to refrain from broadcasting in this day of entertainment and music.
