The project created an electronic database aimed to provide insulin to patients with diabetes mellitus via prescription endocrinologist. An endocrinologist is a user of the first level, which generates an electronic prescription and prints his patient. The doctor selects the required drug from the database, based on the registry of reference prices, which is constantly updated. None of the doctors can change even one letter in the name of the drug insulin in the form of its release, and the like.
