In Ternopil, the message about the publication of the draft regulatory act
the Draft regulatory act - decision of Ternopil city Council «« On amendments to the decision of city Council from 30.06.2015, No. 6/60/27 “On local taxes and fees". The developer of the project and financial management of the Ternopil city Council. The aim of the project is the establishment on the territory of Ternopil local taxes and fees in accordance with the latest edition of the Tax code of Ukraine and taking into account the requirements of the Law of Ukraine «On the principles of state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity”. The period for acceptance of comments and suggestions to the draft of this decision is one month from the date of promulgation, to provide financial management of the Ternopol city Council at the address : Ternopil, St. Shevchenko, 3, e-mail address – mfu@columbus.te.ua contact phone 52-10-56, 25-76-37. The draft regulatory act is subject to publication by posting it on the official website of the Ternopil city Council in the section “Normative documents", subsection "Regulatory policy” and also – by publishing in the newspaper “free life”.
