In the Rivne region, 7 years of imprisonment threatens to the master,which was converted starting pistols in combat
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region approved and sent to the court indictment against 21-the summer inhabitant of the Ternopol area who have committed criminal offenses provided by part 1 of article 263 and part 1 of article 263-1 criminal code of Ukraine (illegal storage, acquisition, sale of firearms and ammunition, illegal modification of firearms). Pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings conducted by the investigators of the security Service of Ukraine in Rivne region for the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region. Based on the collected investigator and Prosecutor, the evidence established that defendant, using the Internet bought starting pistols, skillfully reworked them and sold them already fighting or adapted for shooting of the cartridges equipped with rubber bullets. Homemade firearms 4 units was found and seized by police officers in post offices in the city of Rivne and Ternopil region. Also, ammunition for firearms was seized at the place of residence of the attacker. Now the man is threatened by punishment in the form of imprisonment from 3 to 7 years.
