Lutsk: the members of the Deputy Commission reviewed budget amendments town

MPs Pavlo danilchuk, Bogdan Bogonos, Sergei, was, Nicholas Gender, Alexander Kravchenko, Andrei Pokrovsky, Boris smal, Taras Gentleman discussed the changes in the decision of the city Council from 12.01.2017 No. 17/12 "On the budget of the city of Lutsk in 2017" with the changes brought by the decision from 25.01.2017 No. 18/2, 21.03.2017 No. 20/10, from 06.04.2017 No. 22/6, from 26.04.2017 No. 23/6. On this issue reported to the Director of the Department of budget and Finance and Lily Love. It was about the topic of almost 27 million hryvnia from the fulfillment of the city budget and free balance. The draft decision requested to send the free rest of budgetary funds as of 01.01.2017 year for the General Fund budget for transfer to the development budget of the special Fund management of capital construction for reconstruction of the hull KZ "Lutsk training and rehabilitation center of Lutsk city Council" – 1 776 000 UAH. Were also distributed the General Fund. Additional funding allocated for repair of housing stock, capital repairs of roads and adjoining areas, the reconstruction of outdoor lighting of streets, cleaning of the river Styr, the needs of the enterprise “Parks and gardens in the city of Lutsk”, LSKIP “Latexrecommended” on the improvement of the material base of healthcare institutions, of education, of culture, of tspau, and the like. The decision regarding the amendments to the budget, the Commission plans to adopt at the next meeting on Tuesday, may 30, after making adjustments relating to the financing of Department of the municipal police and the Department of education to efficiently provide funding for the main managers in accordance with the need. The Commission supported the decision to proceed on the exemption from land tax and amendments to the Program of social protection for 2016-2020, which was approved by resolution of the city Council from 28.10.2015 No. 80/12.
