Vinnytsya region has exposed and detained the official during receiving improper benefits
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region is performed procedural management in criminal proceedings, registered under part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine, within which 24.05.2017 together with employees of investigatory management of GUNP and control to protect the economy in the region of the Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine exposed the head of the Department of architecture and urban planning one of the district administrations of Vinnytsia region when receiving improper benefits. In particular, the above mentioned officer is detained as article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine immediately after receipt of unlawful benefit in the amount of 3500 hryvnia. These funds were transferred under the control of law enforcement for "corrupt services" in the preparation of documents necessary for obtaining permission for placement of trade object'object – temporary structures. Now the issue regarding the message on suspicion and detained on election of a preventive measure.
