In Volyn region, Deputy Chairman of the regional Council convicted of offence of corruption
the Prosecutor's office agreed compiled by workers of Department of protection of the economy in the field of Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine a Protocol on committing an administrative offense, et’knitted with corruption under part 1 of article 172-6 of the code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (violation of financial control requirements) as Vice-Chairman of Volyn regional Council. Official without valid reasons for untimely submitted Declaration of the person authorized to perform state functions or local government. the Protocol declared to the clerk and will be sent to court which will make a final decision on the case.
