In the Transcarpathian region Prosecutor's office began criminal proceedings concerning officials who illegally granted to citizens of land plots for construction from the lands of the forest Fund
local prosecutors of Uzhgorod initiated criminal proceedings against officials of the State service of Ukraine for geodesy, cartography and cadastre in the Transcarpathian region on the fact of office forgery (h. 1 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine). Previously it is established that employees have contributed insights to the documentation on land management concerning allocation of land plots with a total area of 0.2 hectares, two Transcarpathians for the construction of residential buildings in Uzhgorod, with the subsequent transfer of land ownership. However, these land plots are located in the district of Uzhgorod forestry covered with forests, are in constant use of state-owned enterprises and belong to the forest lands, respectively, can not be transferred to private property for construction of residential houses.
