In the Zhytomyr region from 1 July subsidence can be rewarded for energy efficiency
Subsidence that led energy efficient household, will provide a cash reward for energy efficiency. To receive funds will be required from 1 July until 1 September to apply to the local Department of social protection of the population. It is stipulated by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 300, which contains a clear algorithm of monetization part of the saved housing subsidies. According to the document, the Government draft of the monetization part of the saved subsidy provides a payment of money to saving families –e equivalent of the cost savings of 150 kilowatts of electricity, if this resource is used for heating, or 100 cubic meters of gas. Until July 1, 2017, producers or companies-providers for gas and electricity in paper and electronic form should provide a structural unit for the social protection of the population lists energy saving subsident indicating the amount of unused state aid. Information on the availability of savings every subsidy recipient can track his payment or by reference to the supplier of gas or electricity if they are used for heating. For the calculation of means subsident must open a Bank account through which payments are made for social benefits and pensions. At the time of filing the application the Bank account must already be open.
