According to the Deputy Minister of health care reform provides that citizens will learn how to be healthy, to prevent all possible diseases and lead a healthy lifestyle. According to Oksana Sivak, currently the mortality rate from noncommunicable diseases is 86%. Regarding infectious diseases and diseases of biosecurity, but, unfortunately, Ukraine is among five countries on the spread of AIDS and hepatitis C. In addition, a critical issue remains ensuring the necessary level of vaccination coverage. So, last year the treatment of severe influenza status, resuscitation and the like has reached 22 thousand UAH. despite the fact that the flu vaccine cost is 180 UAH. We need to teach people to recognize these things and take care of yourself at the stage of prevention and disease prevention. Investment in preventive medicine would help improve your overall health, would facilitate the early diagnosis of diseases and less costly and more successful treatment. The Foundation of the reform is the change in approach. Priority should be treatment, and prevention. This is directly reflected in the reform of primary health care and the Finance industry in General, and, in fact, the idea of development of system of public health. Extremely important role in the activities of the centres of public health will belong to education and communications. An important component of the centers of public health should be medical statistics, but the statistics are truthful and impartial.
