In Lutsk at the Department of social policy will create jobs for people with special needs

According to the Director of social policy Department of Lutsk city Council Tetiana Knysh, on the initiative of the acting mayor Igor Polishchuk developed a Program of social adaptation of persons with disabilities in 2018, which has no analogues in Ukraine. Under this Program, luck will create conditions for the employment of people with disabilities. “People with impaired vision, hearing, musculoskeletal will be able to work in the social policy Department of the Lutsk city Council. They will be able to provide phone consultations to form personal business, to work in the archive. This is a unique project which will help people with disabilities to Express themselves and to adapt to the needs of modern society”, -said Tetiana Knysh. In turn, the acting mayor Igor Polishchuk noted that before the development of the Program communicated with representatives of public organizations of people with disabilities, so the Program was adapted to their needs. He expressed hope that the project is successfully implemented, and the experience of our city will be borrowed by other Ukrainian cities, so that people with disabilities have the opportunity to socialize and earn some money.
