Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office, the results of the pre-trial investigation sent to the court indictment against the head of the Vinnitsa regional Bureau of forensic medical examination of a crime under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine. So, the consequence collected sufficient evidence, which confirm the fact of extortion of illegal benefit in the amount of $ 500 the head of Vinnytsia regional Bureau is judicial-medical examination, for the provision, by the use of his official position, positive for the face of expert opinion, showing natural causes of death that in the future could help a person to avoid criminal liability.
