Chaired by the Deputy Boris smal, noting that the agenda matters relating to the budget of the city of Lutsk, which simultaneously submitted to the Executive Committee of the city Council. Also Boris smal congratulated journalists on their professional holiday. First, the deputies considered the question of the redistribution of the budget expenditures of the city. The Deputy Director of the Department of Finance and budget Liudmila Gavrilovska said that the draft decision provides for increased expenditures on production proyektno-budget documentation in the amount of 380 thousand hryvnias for reconstruction of the building ¹3 of Lutsk UCMJ “school-boarding school of I-III stages - pravoslavi Lyceum with intensive physical training” on the street Dubensky. It plans to build a preschool educational institution for 225 seats. During the discussion, the deputies noted that in the neighborhood of Dubna street to build another kindergarten. Therefore, the Commission members recommended to support the decision of the Executive Committee in terms of redistribution of budget expenditures of the city. The members of the Committee recommended the Executive Committee to support the draft decision on reimbursement of interest rates on loans to associations of owners of apartment buildings.
