Sentence Vinnitsa city court to imprisonment for up to 10 and a half years with confiscation of property, sentenced the merchant of especially dangerous narcotic drugs
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region supported the public prosecution in criminal proceedings on suspicion of the inhabitants of Vinnitsa in committing crimes under part 1 of article 263 and part 3 St. 307 criminal code of Ukraine. According to the head of the Prosecutor of the region Konstantin Gosdepa during investigation it is established that for 2015, the suspect is illegally kept, with the purpose of selling more than 11 kg of especially dangerous narcotic drugs, turnover of which is forbidden – cannabis and more than 100 gr of psychotropic substance, circulation of which is limited – amphetamine. In this case, the suspect was established and seized an Arsenal of ammunition and explosive devices in the form of cartridges of different caliber (206 PCs), manual 5 offensive fragmentation grenades “RGD-5" 3 defensive fragmentation hand grenades «f-1», 7 (seven) standardized fuses of hand grenades upgraded. During the court debate, the Prosecutor was asked to find the defendant guilty with the appointment of the above punishment. A panel of judges Vinnitsa city court, in reviewing a conviction in which the defendant was sentenced to 10.5 years of imprisonment with confiscation of all belonging property: two apartments in the regional center, two plots of land, including existing'the object under construction (houses) and car one of the more prestigious foreign brands. We will remind that during the investigation in the proceedings, the suspect elected a measure of restraint in the form of detention with the right of Deposit in the amount of 150 thousand hryvnia. You made bail, the suspect was released from the HC’imprisonment. However, in the future, establishing the fact of failure suspect the investigator or the Prosecutor about the excommunication of residence, and on the initiative of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, the accused changed the measure of restraint in the form of collateral to detention without the right of re-Deposit. And cash in the amount of 150 thousand hryvnia credited to the special Fund of the State budget of Ukraine.
