The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region was exposed and detained by law enforcement for committing systematic theft of evidence
In the investigation of criminal proceedings concerning the secret theft of another's property, coupled with the penetration into the building, namely the systematic theft investigator of the Vinnytsia Department of the police Main Department of the National police of evidence in proceedings (monetary funds, including hryvnia, U.S. dollars, Euros, gold jewelry and other valuable items), on the grounds of criminal offenses under part 3. 185 of the criminal code of Ukraine, officials of the Department of investigation of criminal proceedings by investigators of the prosecution and the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region with the participation of the Main Department of the National police in the region on Wednesday, 07.06.2017, exposed and in order St. 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine detained the official of the police. Now, in criminal proceedings, are carried out Prime investigative (search) and procedural actions aimed at about the’objective establishment of circumstances of criminal offences, including a number of inspections and searches, question witnesses, prepare reports of suspicion to the investigator of committing criminal offenses under part 3. 185 of the criminal code of Ukraine, and the petition for election measures of restraint in form of detention. For the committed criminal offense provided for punishment by deprivation of liberty for a term from three to six years.
