Representatives of the GSS from the region visited the Carpathian region to exchange experiences on the preparation of investment projects
two-day visit to the Carpathian region was visited by the representatives of the United territorial communities in Ternopil region. Guests will learn from the experience of preparing investment projects, which are financed from the funds of donor organizations, and bringing their funds to infrastructure development in communities. In turn, they will share with residents their successful developments. According to the Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Bohdan Kobylyansky, Ternopil region among the leaders in Ukraine by the number of amalgamated communities. For two years our neighbours have managed to form 39 GSS. The conviction of the official, this figure is very significant, and the experience of them can become the prikarpattsev be useful. The Director of Ivano-Frankivsk center for development of local self-government Ruslan Panasiuk emphasized that our region has serious achievements, which will be presented to the guests. In particular, this work is in the parts of the project activities and energy efficiency. At a high level we have implemented the tools and services of e-government. He stressed that citizens willingly responded to the invitation to visit Ivano-Frankivsk region. Additionally, in the past year, the prikarpattsev were in Ternopil. Since then, between the two centers was established mutual cooperation. However, the expert reminded that in our area created 15 GSS, and also noted the experience of Association and the functioning of Ternopil GSS. The exchange of achievements between the two areas can be the subsequent pulses of positive changes in the GSS. Director of Ternopil centre for the development of local self-government Viktor lytvynchuk noted that, despite the success of the process of uniting the communities, it is important to ensure their efficient functioning. "Despite high rates of enterprises in Ukraine realize that there is no limit to perfection. We are ready to learn from the experience and successful practices in other areas. Know that Ivano-Frankivsk region has serious achievements in different industries, so we came here," summed up Viktor lytvynchuk. For guests was organized a training seminar on the issues of control cycles of the projects. Part of the training was conducted by the expert on regional development if the centre of development of local self-government Igor Melnychuk. He spoke about the methodology of implementation of projects, models and phases of the project cycle. The expert says that the effectiveness and sustainability of GSS is largely dependent on the quality of implemented management measures in the sphere of management of the project cycle.
