Ivan Krysak: Every citizen shall have the right to dispose of their land on their own
In Ternopil held an open debate on land reform and the creation of the market of agricultural land. Because taxes on land is one of the main sources of revenue in local budgets. "Today, reform is urgent and it is needed. Our goal is to ensure the implementation of state policy in the sphere of land relations regarding the lifting of the moratorium on sale of agricultural land, as well as to create a transparent land market. In particular, are the defining and principles that come into effect with the lifting of the moratorium on land sales. Among them the sale of 200 hectares in one hand, the purchase of land is only allowed to individuals only the transparent form of ownership and citizens of Ukraine. I think that the moratorium is still removed, it can not land to be a "product" as such, especially when talking about agricultural land," said Ivan Krysak. At the same time, he noted that the most sensitive issue in the context of this reform is the inventory of all lands. "When previously conducted privatization, there was no such technical capabilities as it is now.
