In article 50 of the law of Ukraine "On employment of population" States that the employer must provide decent working conditions that meet the requirements of the legislation in the field of payment, safety and hygiene. The employment service of the region also makes a contribution to the cause of legalization of employment. In January-may this year compared to the corresponding period last year more than a third increased the number of employers submitting jobs in local employment centers. The number of vacancies increased by 32 percent. On June 1, 2017 was actual 2344 jobs, including for workers – 1448 for employees – 622 for individuals that do not require special training – 274. If in 2016 were vocational training or improved skills 3920 people unemployed, it is only during January-may 2017 – almost 2.5 thousand. To participate in social and other work of a temporary nature this year managed to attract 1817 unemployed. All activities of the regional employment service, of course, contribute to the development of legal labour market. In addition, specialists of employment centers conduct extensive outreach through mass media and also at seminars, meetings, round-tables on economic, social and ethical benefits of getting legal income. To participate in such events attracted government officials, local governments, territorial bodies Rostruda, the regional organization of the employers tax. Since the beginning of this year, the staff of the employment service of Ternopil organized 368 seminars for employers on the formation and maintenance of socially responsible business, 31 a seminar on the territories of village councils of the United territorial communities.
