Chernivtsi: the Nominees for best entrance,best roof,best the front of the house and the best improvement of the local area will determine in July
the regulation on the conduct of the annual contest in the nomination "the Best entrance", "Best roofing", "Best front of the house", "the Best house territory improvement" was approved at the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Chernivtsi city Council. It defines uniform requirements to the organization and conduct of the contest is to identify the best residential buildings of the territorial community of Chernovtsy, associations, condominiums, housing cooperatives, housing associations, societies, collective and developers, but also to determine the winners among the owners of apartments and non-residential premises, tenants have achieved the best results for repair of entrances, facades, roofs, common areas in residential buildings, landscaping adjacent territories, made the complex restoration of the facades and roofs of houses and restoration of small architectural forms in the Central part of the city. The decision on the results of the contest will be approved by the Executive Committee of the city Council, which is the organizer of the competition. The purpose of the contest is the selection and rewarding the best owners and tenants of residential buildings of the territorial community of Chernovtsy, condominiums, cooperatives, ZHBT, TKZ, who undertook at their own expense or at equity to repair of entrances, facades, roofs, common areas in residential buildings, improvement of house adjoining territories, reproduction of the traditional nature of cultural heritage. Applications for participation in the competition are provided by the Department of housing and communal services of the city Council with such documents: photos according to category, the questionnaire at home, which contains complete data on the building (full address, year of construction, timing and cost of works according to category name, contact information, authorized persons from the house). Until July 20, 2017 GCG will be selected from registered participants to 20 of the top nominees. On 20 August the Commission of Executive Committee of city Council will sum up the results among the 20 best nominees, selected GCG. The winners will be awarded with diplomas and cash prize of 3 000 UAH, 2 UAH 200 and 1 500 UAH. For the fourth place will be awarded incentive cash prize of UAH 1 000. This award is five times more than in previous years. The winners will be eligible for priority inclusion in the itemized lists on capital repairs of housing stock of the city of Chernivtsi in the following year subject to adoption by tenants of houses nominated equity participation in the financing of the cost of repairs of structural elements of the building. The winners of the contest will be held during the city Day celebrations. Funds for the award winners are allocated according to the estimates of the Foundation for socio-economic development of the city.
