Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office in the court upheld the right of an educational institution on a plot of land,worth 24 million
the Protection of children's rights is a national priority for the country, and ensuring the implementation of the educational process and implementation of the state educational policy is impossible without appropriate material and technical base, the efforts of prosecutors in the sphere of protection of the protection of children is focused in this direction. So, the Vinnytsia district administrative court satisfied the claim of the Deputy head of the Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office in interests of the state represented by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, Department of education and science of Vinnytsia regional state administration, state educational institutions called the winery about cancellation of illegal decisions of one of village councils of the Vinnytsia region, in which the state was out of a land plot with a total area of almost 22 ha, which was in constant use vocational schools of social rehabilitation. One of the grounds recognized by the court of the illegality of the decisions of the village Council was that the state represented by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine is the owner of property of an educational complex, which consists of academic buildings with outbuildings and facilities, as well as a number of other buildings vocational schools of social rehabilitation and the user on a permanent basis the land area of nearly 22 hectares and, therefore, by virtue of the rules of the law of Ukraine «On the demarcation of lands of state and municipal property”, in state ownership remain within settlements land on which are located buildings, structures, other about’objects of immovable property of state ownership. Thus, thanks to the principled position of the Prosecutor's office in state property returned to the land plot with a total area of nearly 22 hectares, worth 24 million, and the school will be able to ensure the proper training of students.
