The issues of external labor migration and its consequences was and is painful and important, because a victim of trafficking during foreign earnings could be anyone, regardless of age, gender and social status. The specialists of the employment centers for many years carry out information and explanatory work on prevention of illegal labour migration, human trafficking, exploitation of child labour. Organized round tables, field actions, flash mobs, trainings and seminars. Events are held with the participation of members of the NGO "Volyn perspectives" and specialists of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Volyn region. During April-June 2017 held six such events. It measures as students who are studying in Lutsk pedagogical College, Lutsk Institute of human development University "Ukraine", East European University. Lesia Ukrainka, and the persons who are registered in Lutsk city employment center as unemployed. The seminar on "Preventing illegal labour migration, human trafficking, child labor exploitation" was organized and conducted by experts of Lutsk city employment center for persons who are registered in the employment center. The event was held in the framework of the educational project "School support of culture and tourism", which invited the head of Department of fight against crimes connected with human trafficking of the Main Directorate of the National police in Volyn region Viktor Kravchuk. First Viktor Kravchuk briefed the audience with the legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of employment abroad and spoke about the legal protection of individuals, focusing on the benefits of legal earnings. Focused on the documents that need to be a person, to prevent fraud, economic exploitation and not be faced with the traffickers during their stay abroad. Given the practical experience of Viktor Kravchuk, the seminars are interactive and interesting, with a cast of real-life examples and experience. In turn, participants shared situations that arose during the foreign earnings with them or with their loved ones. Events held by the employees of Lutsk city employment center together with public organizations, state and human rights institutions, which precautio this area aims to help the population of Lutsk to realize and understand that the greatest asset of any state, including Ukraine, is the man, his life, health, honor and dignity.
