Land is the fundamental national wealth under special state protection, is defined in article 14 of the Constitution of Ukraine. Consequently, Vinnytska the local Prosecutor's office pays special attention to the representation of state interests in the sphere of land relations. Guided by paragraph 1 of section 6 of article 23 of the law of Ukraine "About Prosecutor's office" of the Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office sent to court the claim in interests of the state in the person of the Chief management Derzeitiger in Vinnytsia region to individuals on the termination of leases of agricultural land and restore land area of nearly 109 acres, $ 1, 4 million hryvnia in the territory of one of village councils of the Vinnytsia region, in SV’connection with the systematic non-payment of rent.
