Chernivtsi: the Procedure for provision of sanatorium-resort treatment of disabled and injured participants of the ATO changed
the Cabinet of Ministers resolution No. 110 dated 01 Mar 2017. approved the use of funds provided in the state budget to ensure that some categories of the disabled in sanatorium-resort vouchers, as well as made changes to the orders, approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 22.02.2006, No. 187 and from 31.03.2015 No. 200. In particular, to ensure free choice of health resort institutions in accordance with medical indications for people with disabilities replaced the existing system of procurement of sanatorium-resort services for reimbursement of the cost of treatment (trips) of the mentioned category of citizens for cashless transfer of funds sanatorium institutions for services rendered on the basis of a tripartite agreement (person with disabilities – on social protection – health). The marginal cost vouchers for reimbursement of the cost of services of sanatorium-resort treatment is determined annually by the Ministry of social policy upon agreement with the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. This will give the opportunity to individuals with disabilities and veterans of war from among the injured ATO participants to choose any Agency of Ukraine for rehabilitation under medical indications. By order of the Ministry of social policy from 06.04.2017, No. 575 established in 2017 limit the price some preferential categories of citizens, namely : • to invalids of war from among the injured ATO participants, invalids of General illness and childhood – 5250 UAH. with term recovery for 18 days; • the disabled with consequences of injuries and diseases of the spine and spinal cord – 18217 UAH. with recovery for a period of 35 days; • combatants from among the participants of the antiterrorist operation – 6300ãðí. with term recovery for 18 days; • citizens who accompany group i disabled (with the exception of the disabled with consequences of injuries and diseases of the spine and spinal cord) – 4691ãðí. As 01.06.2017 in regional managements of social protection of population of the Department of labour and social protection of population of Chernivtsi city Council are to provide sanatorium-resort treatment of 860 persons in the above categories, namely : • 130 combatants from among the affected participants of the antiterrorist operation; • 722 disabled common disease and childhood; • 35 disabled people-disabled people in wheelchairs. According to the distribution of funds in 2017, will be able to improve your health 33 combatants from among the injured ATO participants, 64 people with disabilities in common disease during childhood, and 11 are disabled-disabled people in wheelchairs.
