Igor Polishchuk in his opening remarks emphasized that the city Council pays great attention to supporting condominiums, promotes the implementation of Programs to promote the activities of condominiums in the city of Lutsk, the main goal of which is determined by providing conditions for the creation of sustainable and effective functioning of condominiums, a major overhaul in houses condominiums and co-funded, city program operates on a reimbursement of interest on loans for condominiums in the thermo. In particular, at last session of city Council has been allocated 5,5 million UAH for capital repairs of residential condominiums Fund for co-financing and 680 thousand UAH for the program for compensation of interest. The next session of city Council is preparing a draft decision on the extension of financing of the program of compensation of interest rates. “Thank you for the initiative. We will consider all your suggestions. I want to say that the luck among the leaders in the state on the number and speed of creation of osmd. I recently was in Kharkov, where, according to the number of people, condominiums are created more slowly, also in Kiev. And we have a little more than 200 thousand population, and created 350 condominiums, while in Kiev - more than a thousand condominiums. We, as city Council, will support this trend, we will cooperate with you, to consult, to consult together to make decisions that will help you to work efficiently and meet the needs of residents. I want to say that all the condominiums that have applied are satisfied with the solutions. After all, if last year for these purposes has been allocated 2 million UAH, this year - 8 million UAH, that is four times increased funding. So I want to thank the city Council of all the heads of condominiums”.
