The swindler who deceived 20 Volyn,promising to make the tombstones,went to jail
Lutsk local Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in criminal proceedings on the frauds committed by 33-year-old resident of the regional center of Volyn. For 2016, the attacker tricked 20 Volyn, extort money from them for the manufacturer of tombstone amp’sites. The swindler concluded with the victims a written contract on the provision of services in manufacturing and installation of gravestones and took people, many of whom were elderly, the Deposit, with no intention to carry out the work. Thus he lured the unsuspecting locals of more than 90 thousand UAH. Recognizing a man who was genuinely remorseful, guilty of committing criminal offences stipulated by parts 1 and 2 of article 190 of the criminal code of Ukraine, Lutsk city court has appointed to it punishment in the form of 1 year and 1 month imprisonment.
