We are talking about non-residential premises of the kindergarten building, which is located in sec.Mala Moshchanytsya Zdolbuniv district and was expropriated by the local authority into private property by contract of purchase and sale with an individual after conducting a public bidding at auction. However, the Prosecutor's office found that the process of alienation of the building of the kindergarten in property of natural person held in violation of the requirements of the current legislation, in particular, contrary to the requirements of laws of Ukraine "On education" and "preschool education". Installing data breach legislation to protect state interests in the sphere of protection of childhood, zdolbunovskaya the local Prosecutor's office sued to the court for annulment of contract of sale of the kindergarten building and return it to the communal property. The case is pending in Zdolbunovska district court of Rivne region.
