Novovolynsk Department Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in criminal proceedings about the possession of ammunition without lawful authority, cultivating cannabis and unlawful actions with the equipment intended for the manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues committed 36-year-old resident of Novovolynsk. The man in his apartment grew 54 bushes of hemp, kept ammunition for the gun and machine and equipment for manufacturing methamphetamine. All this was discovered and seized during a court-sanctioned search warrant 1 August 2016 in his apartment. Despite the fact that the man was already involved in the production of their illegal activities he left and 7 September 2016 during a search of his apartment found and seized another 17 bushes of hemp and new equipment and ingredients for manufacturing methamphetamine. His guilt to the crime, the attacker did not recognize, but it has been proven in the production of collected evidence and results of examinations. Recognizing the man guilty of committing criminal offenses under part 1 St. 263, h. h. 1,2, article 310, part 1 of article 313 of the criminal code of Ukraine, the court has appointed to it punishment in the form of 3 years and 6 months imprisonment.
