Man convicted of abuse of kittens

Now the court sentenced 21-year-old lucanio who threw kittens out the window, put in the freezer, oven and washing machine. Despite his existing mental disorder, the experts found him able to understand their actions. According to the Prosecutor the local Prosecutor's office of Lutsk Andrew Narodick, Lutsk gorrayonny court, having recognized the attacker guilty of animal cruelty (criminal offense under part 1 of article 299 of the criminal code) and appending to the sentence unserved part of the punishment for a previously committed serious bodily injury, assigned him a final penalty of 5 years and 1 month imprisonment.
