Head of the Chernivtsi Museum of aviation and cosmonautics was the best leader of the group in Ukraine
In the nomination “the leader of the group – 2017” on the Ukrainian contest nysernet pedagogical workers of school educational institutions “a Source of creativity” won head of Museum of aviation and cosmonautics Chernivtsi CUT “Quartz” Vitaliy Yatsenko. Vitaly graduated from the Department of optics, faculty of physics, CHERNIVTSI national University in 1978, majoring in optical devices and spectroscopy, has received the qualification of engineer-optician-researcher. Until 1997 he worked in the research sector KSU (engineering-optical Department) engineer, Junior and then senior researcher. Candidate of physico-mathematical Sciences. Since 1987, ran a workshop bench aeromodelling in Chernivtsi city club of young technicians "Quartz" (CUT "Quartz"). The club worked on the author's program. 2000 – head of the Museum "Aviation and cosmonautics" CUT "Quartz", the exhibition which is a significant scientific and technical base for training on specific topics programs mug "Fundamentals of Astronautics". In 2001 CUT "Quartz" created circle "foundations of Astronautics". Club activities held in the author's program approved by the academic Council of the Institute of postgraduate pedagogical education of Chernivtsi region. Repeatedly acted with scientific reports in national and International conferences. In 2008 he published the book "the sky above the Chernivtsi". In 2009-2016 years, along with archaeologists Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi in expeditions explored archeoastronomy the Bucovina.
