In the Zhytomyr region derepressible status of preparedness of the Wellness beaches in season 2017
According to the operative data of territorial bodies of Demirtzoglou in summer 2017 there are more than 320 beaches on rivers and lakes and 200 on the coast of Black and Azov seas. In preparation for the recreation season, workers Demirtzoglou participated in a Commission survey of beaches. Surveys have drawn attention to the presence of water sources (drinking fountains, or other accessories), toilets, changing rooms, medical aid, construction site, etc. So, by results of the carried-out work in the regions as 12.06.2017 was signed about 50% of the total number of passports beaches. It should be noted that registration of the passport of the beach asset holders (owners) were provided by the Ministry of Ukraine for emergencies and Affairs of population protection from consequences of Chernobyl catastrophe from 03.12.2001 ¹ 272 (as amended by order of the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine from 24.09.2012 ¹ 1214), which approved "Rules of protection of life of people on water objects of Ukraine." However 30.05.2017 the said order has lost force on the basis of the order of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine 10.04.2017 No. 301, registered in the Ministry of justice of Ukraine on 04 may 2017 No. 566/30434 "On approval of Rules of protection of life of people on water objects of Ukraine", which is the passport of the beach and its coordination with Demirtzoglou not provided.
