In Volyn region the customs officer convicted of offences related to corruption
the Prosecutor's office agreed and sent to the court drawn up by employees of management of protection of economy in the field of Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine, the protocols on administrative offenses, floor’connected with corruption, provided h h 1,2 article 172-7 of the code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (violation of the requirements for the prevention and settlement of conflict of interest) a senior inspector of Department of customs clearance customs post "domanove" Volyn customs DFS. The customs officer was not informed about the existing conflict of interests and decided in a real conflict of interest – carried out customs clearance of a vehicle of a loved one.
