the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region on behalf of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings in relation to the capital of the swindler, who, barely having released from imprisonment places in August 2016 fraudulently seized cash of the judge of Holosiyivsky district court of Kyiv in the amount of 30 000 USD. The money the fraudster took under the pretext of transfer of funds as improper benefits to members of the High qualifications Commission of judges and people's deputies of Ukraine for a positive solution of a question on election of the victim to the position of judge indefinitely. The indictment is of committing male fraud and incitement to attempted giving undue advantage to persons who hold an especially responsible position (a criminal offense under part 4 of article 190, part 2 of article 15, part 4 of article 27, part 4 of article 369 of the criminal code of Ukraine) sent to the court.
