Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko met with a delegation of children - participants of children's creative folk collectives of the city, who returned from the partner cities of Tarnobrzeg (Poland). Chernihiv children were there at the invitation of the Polish side as representatives of our city.
