Volyn region Prosecutor's office approved and submitted to the court indictment in criminal proceedings on violation of the 18-year-old resident of Berestechko of the rules of road safety, which resulted in the death of the victim. On may 24, 2017 in the village of Galicians Gorokhovsky district, driver, driving a car brand “SAZ-3507" and by reversing to the utility room one of the local businesses, admitted hitting on 46-the summer woman-the pedestrian. As a result dorozhno-transport incident the victim died. Now the driver, who was genuinely remorseful, accused of committing criminal offenses under part 2 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine. Punishment he will determine the court.
