Stepan Barna: the Constitution is the principles on which the state

the Constitution is not a fundamental law of Ukraine. The Constitution is the principles on which any state. And that Ukraine is the founder of the European democratic Constitution of the time of Philip Orlik. About this said the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna during the celebrations on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of Constitution Day, was held at the Theater square in Ternopil. According to the head of region, the highest value under the Constitution is people. It is therefore the duty of every representative of state power, bodies of local self-government to do everything to protect the civil rights of every person. "I would also like to thank for the fact that we have an army, there are soldiers who protect the territorial integrity of our state. Now the men of the region, the soldiers of the 44th brigade, battalion "Ternopol", the consolidated group of the National police and the National guard and security Service to protect the constitutional order and the law of Ukraine on the Eastern front in Donetsk and Lugansk regions. And thanks to them we have peace and stability. At the same time, their strong and unbending position precedes our steps towards European integration and visa-free entry to countries of the "Schengen zone". And this is why I believe that thanks to our soldiers and our constitutional principles we are a full-fledged country in the European community", – said Stepan Barna. This was reported in the Ternopil regional state administration
