on the Eve of Constitution Day at the Theater square of Ternopil was held in which took part citizens, social activists and the Chairman of the Ternopol Sergey Nadal. Addressing those present the mayor noted that on 28 June 1996, will forever remain an outstanding event in the modern history of Ukrainian statehood. And I chose the path of independent development and securing it in the Constitution, Ukraine reaffirmed its commitment to develop and strengthen a democratic, social, legal Ukrainian state. “This is a holiday for all of us, regardless of gender, age, profession, social status or language. Because the Main Law of our country guarantees and defends the rights and mandatory’obligations of citizens. The person, their health’I, honour, dignity, inviolability and safety are the highest value in the state, - said Sergey Nadal.
