In the Rivne region 2 years in prison for acquisition and storage of narcotic drugs
Zdolbunivskiy local Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in the criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 of article 309 criminal code of Ukraine (acquisition and storage of narcotic substances in the large size without a sales objective). It is proved that the 42-year-old resident of Rivne, having not removed and not extinguished in accordance with the law conviction, acting repeatedly, in violation of requirements of laws of Ukraine "About measures of counteraction to illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors and their abuse" and "On narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" illegally acquired and stored narcotic without a sales objective. Workers Zdolbuniv OP Ostrog police Department GUNP in the Rivne region, found and seized during personal search of the offender syringes with the drug substance. According to the judgment of narcotic drugs, the weight of the seized acetylated opium, the turnover of which is prohibited, amounted to 1,177 city Court, agreeing with the arguments of the Prosecutor, recognized the person is guilty of a crime and has appointed punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of 2 years.
