In November 2015 Vinnitsa police Department’Yasulovich the disappearance of a young boy who worked as a taxi driver. One autumn evening, when the guy was resting at home, criminals broke into the house, brutally beat the victim and took his Bank card. While two accomplices went through the city and removed from the cash card, the third of them, not alerting of accomplices, strangled the victim and took his cash and car keys. Further, the participants in the criminal Trinity has divided the cash received, after which two criminals who have suddenly learned of the death of the victim, in turn helped the killer to first take the body, and then added dropwise to it. Price a young man's life amounted to ten thousand seven hundred hryvnia and the car “ZAZ-Sens”. Procedural management in criminal proceedings was carried out by the Deputy head of the Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office, they also supported the public prosecution in Vinnitsa city court. At the request of one of the defendants applied one of the novelties of the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine – a criminal case was considered by a jury consisting of two professional judges and three jurors. According to the principled position of Deputy head of the local Prosecutor's office the court recognised all three guilty criminals. The youngest of them, who had previously not had problems with the law, convicted for robbery and concealment of especially grave crimes and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of virgins’to five years with confiscation of property. Another defendant for the same acts punished with imprisonment for a term of twelve years with confiscation. A third of them, which has “rich” a criminal record, for committing a robbery, an illegal taking the vehicle, and premeditated murder to conceal another crime sentenced to life imprisonment with confiscation of property. In addition, the court fully satisfied the civil suit of the mother of the deceased boy about collecting of the caused material and moral damages.
