In the Zhytomyr region completed verification of documents provided by the candidates in the composition of the public Council at the regional state administration
Representatives of civil society, delegated to participate in the constituent Assembly on the formation of the new composition of the Public Council at the Zhytomyr oblast state administration (hereinafter – the constituent Assembly), to be able to eliminate inconsistencies in the documents to 17.00 08.07.2017 inclusive. This decision was taken by the initiative group on preparation of the constituent Assembly for formation of new structure of public Council at the Zhytomyr oblast state administration (hereinafter – the initiative group) during its meeting on 30 June to discuss the test results provided by the institutions of civil society documents. The institutions of civil society, the documents which identified discrepancies in certain resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.11.2010 ¹ 996 "On ensuring public participation in formation and realization of state policy" (as amended by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) the schedule and procedure will be informed of the initiative group on the content and nature of errors that they made. The documents were removed from discrepancies will be accepted from 10.00 to 17.00 at the address: Zhytomyr, m-n, S. P. Korolev, 1, 2nd floor, KAB. 236 (management information activities and communications with the public RSA). Recall that the inaugural meeting is scheduled for July 17. According to the above-mentioned resolution on the results of verification of the documents submitted by civil society institutions, in compliance with the requirements of the initiative group is seven calendar days before the inaugural meeting a list of candidates to the public Council, which will participate in the constituent Assembly and the list of representatives of civil society institutions, who refused to participate in the constituent Assembly, stating the grounds for refusal.
