In Chernihiv 324 graduates of the Academy of the State penitentiary service received diplomas of the state sample
In Chernihiv on June 30, on the red square took place the second edition of young specialists of the Academy of the State penitentiary service. In the solemn atmosphere of 324 graduates received state diplomas. The special title of "Lieutenant of internal service" received 171 cadet, 20th best graduates received diplomas with honors.
