Under the threat of criminal liability the Director of the Volyn enterprises paid to the budget more than 1 million UAH of unpaid taxes
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings on wilful tax evasion (a criminal offense under part 1 of article 212 of the criminal code of Ukraine) to the Director of one of the enterprises of Lutsk. From January 2015 to April 2017 because of such action of the Director in the budget is not received sums in large sizes-over 1 million. During the preliminary investigation, the Director is fully indemnified damages by paying to the budget the entire amount of unpaid taxes. Next – a word for the court.
