Entrepreneurs of Ternopil region studied to find an integrated approach to export
In Ternopil held a fifth workshop in the series of trainings under the program "Integrated approach to exports as the key to the international success of the company." It was attended by representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region. The theme of the training was the question of finding and choosing the foreign partner as a guarantee of success. The participants made presentations of experts with a detailed description of steps and tools during the search and selection of the foreign partner. In addition, were given practical advice on key aspects of building effective cooperation. In General, the structure of the curriculum contains six one-day trainings for primary and in-depth study of potential markets, export business planning, partner search and management of business contacts. The final, sixth seminar will be devoted to the study of management relationships, support and interaction to increase mutual success.
