local Dubno of Rivne region Prosecutor's office sent to court indictments against 3 residents of the Dubno district who have committed criminal offenses provided by part 1 of article 190 (misappropriation of another's property by deception) and section 4 of article 358 of the criminal code (using fake document). During the pre-trial investigation, the suspects had made with the Prosecutor a plea agreement of guilt. "Based on the collected police and prosecutors, the evidence established that these individuals submitted to the Department of labor and social protection of population regional state administration forged documents – Declaration of income and expenses of the person applying for the appointment of housing subsidies, which contained false information about the purchased property. They have the suspects intentionally failed to report information on the purchase family members for the corresponding period of expensive property and cars," – said the head of the Dubno local Prosecutor Vasyl Martyniuk. Such misconduct contributed to the establishment of the citizens ' right to the appointment of housing subsidies led to too its payments, totaling more than 30 thousand UAH.
