Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office appealed to Economic court with the claim in interests of the state represented by the State ecological inspection in the field and Novovolynsk city Council to Zobov’to oblige the Society with limited liability "poultry "core" to compensate losses caused by breaches of environmental regulations. Department Novovolynsk, Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office performs procedural management of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings about land pollution (a criminal offense under part 1 of article 239 of the criminal code), committed by officials of the poultry farm. It is established that the enterprise, in violation of the Law of Ukraine “waste”, export and livalo waste from the production in pit latrines that are not adapted for the disposal of sewage and caused pollution with nitrates, sulfates and chlorides of the land area of 112 sq. m. on-site slaughter plant in Novovolynsk. Illegal waste disposal of production fixed by the State ecological Inspectorate. The harm caused to the state by such actions of officials of the enterprise amounts to more than 104 thousand UAH. Despite the fact that the State environmental Inspectorate were sent, OOO claim for this amount with the requirement within a month to compensate environmental damages, but the complaint went unanswered, and the damage is still not refunded. In the situation interfered with the Prosecutor's office and in court prosecutors will require the company to damages caused by breaches of environmental regulations.
