Chernivtsi: the Meters on the programme of co-financing can only be set before the start of the heating season
the Residents of apartment buildings of the city, in which there are no metering devices of heat energy to start the heating season will have the opportunity for co-financing to install communal meters. The decision of the Executive Committee of the Chernivtsi city Council approved equity home owners when carrying out works on installation of metering devices of thermal energy (20% of the total estimated cost of the work, and 80% – co-financing for these activities from the city budget). In Chernivtsi 596 apartment houses with centralized heating, which should be set to 820 meters heat energy. Today, equipped with only 334 homes 495 meters, which is 56 % of total demand. The Department of housing and communal services city Council appeals to residents of apartment buildings to be actively involved in the process of installation of common parts metering for co-financing. Work on the installation of meters will be held just before the start of the heating period. The homes where metering devices are not installed before the heating season, will be equipped with meters at the expense of the supplier of services and their cost in full will be included in the payment for services of a heat supply of this house. That is, the full cost of heat metering (which is about 60 thousand hryvnias) will be borne by the apartment owners. Charges for the consumed heat in the houses with Central heating without meters will be implemented in October, November and December of last year, because the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ¹865 from 30.11.2016 year for the heating season 2017/18 year does not apply. For installation of the meter heat metering in apartment building the equity of owners (20%) you must contact the Department of housing and communal services of the city Council (vul.
