In Zhytomyr region agrarians have already collected 7 thousand tons of grain
In Zhytomyr region continue to actively harvest. Agrarians have threshed 7 million tons of grain. It is reported by the Directorate of agricultural development of the Zhytomyr regional state administration. According to the Department, as 13.07.2017 years of early grain and leguminous crops threshed on an area of 1.9 thousand hectares harvested 7,0 thousand tons of grain with an average yield of 36.9 t/ha. In particular: – winter wheat threshed on an area of 0.3 thousand hectares with an average yield of 35.0 t/ha harvested 1.05 thousand tons of grain; – winter barley – 1,2 thousand hectares (12% of the forecast), and produced 4.8 thousand tonnes of grain with an average yield of 40.2 kg/ha; - the peas are threshed on the area of 0,4 hectares (6% of the forecast), and produced 1.1 thousand tonnes with the average yield of 28.6 C/ha.
