As reported by the Deputy head of Khust local Prosecutor Peter Babinec, by monitoring the web portal of public procurement on the website “Prozorro” revealed violations of the procurement law during the procurement of food for public funds. As the Prosecutor said, we are talking about the purchase of food without the procedure of an open tender and in accordance with the annual procurement plan, which, in fact, was the basis of the application to the court referred to the statement of claim.
