Tacso local Prosecutor's office submitted to the Unified register of pre-trial investigation pre-qualification of part 1 of article 364 UK of Ukraine (abuse of power or official position) the officers of Tyachiv district Department of probation West inter-regional Department for execution of criminal sanctions and probation service of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine. As the head of the local Prosecutor's office Tyachiv Stepan Zhovnir, it is established that as a result of unlawful actions of officials of Tyachiv district Department of probation, Tyachiv district court actually made the illegal ruling, which freed convict L. from serving previously appointed by the court sentence of 5 years imprisonment. In particular, as the Prosecutor said, despite the fact that the citizen L. was convicted in April 2015, to imprisonment for a period of 5 years with the so-called “probation” 1.6 years and in December of the same year, committed another criminal offense, the officers called the Department sent the Tyachiv district court's view about the release of L from punishment. As a result of such illegal actions of officers of Tyachiv district Department of probation, was illegally exempted the person from serving of the appointed punishment.
